Aqilla Shipping Policy


At Aqilla, we are committed to ensuring that your orders are delivered in a timely and secure manner. Please review our shipping policy below for details on delivery times, costs, and procedures.


Shipping Locations:


Currently, we offer shipping within the United States. We are working on expanding our shipping to international destinations, so stay tuned for updates!


Shipping Rates & Delivery Times:


Standard Shipping (5-10 business days): Free on all orders over $200. For orders under $100.

Expedited Shipping (2-3 business days): Calculated at checkout

Next-Day Shipping (1 business day): Calculate at checkout


Please note that shipping times are estimates and may vary depending on your location and any unforeseen circumstances.


Order Processing:


Orders are processed within 2-4 business days after they are placed, excluding weekends and holidays. Once your order is processed, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Please check all the information before proceeding with checkout. We can’t make any changes once the order is placed. 

Tracking Your Order:


Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number. You can use this number to track your order’s progress directly on the carrier’s website. Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping addresses.

 

Pre-Order Items & Fulfillment Agreement

Some Aqilla products are offered as pre-order items due to extremely high demand.
When a product is marked as pre-order, this will be clearly stated in the product description along with the estimated fulfillment window.

By purchasing a pre-order item, you are agreeing to the pre-order timeline listed on the product page at checkout.

How Pre-Orders Work

  • Pre-order items are reserved exclusively for you and are fulfilled once the next production batch arrives.

  • Pre-order fulfillment timelines are estimated, and processing may vary by 1–2 weeks due to manufacturing and shipment conditions.

  • If your order contains both in-stock items and pre-order items, your order may be split so in-stock items ship first.

Refunds & Cancellations for Pre-Order Items

Because pre-orders allow us to accurately manage production for a small, self-funded brand:

  • Refunds for pre-order items are not permitted before the estimated fulfillment date.

  • You may request a refund only if the pre-order fulfillment date has passed as listed in the product description.

  • If the fulfillment date has not passed, cancelations and refunds will not be issued.

  • Store credit or exchange is available upon request if you prefer not to wait.

Your Agreement

By completing your purchase of a pre-order item, you acknowledge and agree that:

  1. You understand the item is pre-order only.

  2. You accept the estimated fulfillment timeline listed on the product page.

  3. You understand refund requests for pre-orders will only be reviewed after the fulfillment date has passed.

  4. You agree not to file premature chargebacks for pre-order items before the fulfillment timeframe.


Shipping Delays:


While we strive to meet our estimated shipping times, delays may occur due to high demand, weather conditions, or other unforeseen circumstances. We appreciate your understanding and will always keep you informed if there are any significant delays with your shipment.


Lost or Damaged Packages:


Aqilla is not responsible for any lost or stolen packages once they have been delivered to the shipping address provided. If your package is lost in transit or arrives damaged, please contact our customer support team at support@aqilla.co within 7 days of the estimated delivery date for assistance.

Aqilla is not responsible for lost, stolen, or misdelivered packages once an order is marked as delivered by the carrier.

For orders shipped with signature confirmation, delivery confirmation constitutes proof of receipt.

Customers are responsible for providing a secure delivery location. Aqilla will not issue refunds or replacements for orders confirmed as delivered.
